In collaboration with The Culinary Institute of America, I bring thought leadership, culinary innovation strategy, recipe development, and continuing chef education modules to corporate executive chefs in foodservice and CPG industries.

Culinary Compassion™

After developing a new culinary innovation methodology centered around humanity’s macro landscape and the spectrum of consumer emotions, I teach this NPD tactic at higher education institutions, such as The Culinary Institute of America and Leeds School of Business - University of Colorado Boulder.

Stage Demos

I travel and cook alongside Food Network Chef Simon Majumdar for culinary demonstrations at private events both domestically and internationally, working with each venue’s culinary team to ensure all demo mise en place and meal service is executed to excellence.

 

US Highbush Blueberry Council

Deeply integrated into USHBC’s foodservice program, I supported their growth through operationally driven & aspirational culinary innovation, thought leadership at industry conferences, operator partnerships, and continuing education.

Danone North America YouTube

Working with Danone North America, I design health-forward recipes and bring them to life on the screen through instructional and tasty-style videos.

2019 NRA Culinary Experience Center Stage

In Collaboration with Danone North America and Sysco, I co-hosted a culinary education session and kitchen demo around innovative culinary applications to create foods and beverages that resonate with consumers and emerging plant-based trends.

2019 RCA Immersion

In Collaboration with Potatoes USA, this event focused on working directly with strategic food service operators to address menu strategy pipeline and culinary application exploration around different forms of potatoes. Each session comprised of culinary demos followed by a guided kitchen basket challenge.

NYC and LA Coffee Festival

Taught unconventional latte formats and dairy-free latte art at Barista Trend Master Classes and Latte Art Live to both industry experts and the general public in New York City, NY and Los Angeles, CA.

Ozo Foods

As Ozo Foods was emerging into the retail and foodservice markets, I worked with their culinary and marketing team to design recipes and build sales assets to support their advertising efforts and online presence.

Premier Culinary Clinics

As a chef instructor, I taught culinary techniques and insights-based health trends to the non-commercial food service sector, including healthcare and education professionals.

2018 NRA Foodamentals Studio

With an audience of 100+ food industry experts, I created and executed an educational curriculum that demonstrated ways to creatively plate kids menu items and facilitated a rapid prototyping session.
