Flavor & The Menu: Top 10 Flavor Trends

As one of the most influential food service resources in flavor trends, strategies, and menu development, Flavor & The Menu magazine has featured my insights and observed culinary trends as part of their annual special issue “Top 10 Trends”. I am honored to be a part of their Panel of Experts in 2019, 2020, and 2023.

iPhone & Otterbox
2021 Holiday Campaign

With the iPhone 13 launch, OtterBox designed a special winter campaign around how OtterBox accessories keep tech safe through all the holiday festivities and meals. I was tasked to food style a simple “Friendsgiving” meal that evoked an elevated, yet homespun experience.


US Highbush Blueberry Council:
The Restaurant of the Future

In the face of a global pandemic, USHBC and SRG combined culinary and environmental thought leadership to imagine a restaurant with bluer skies. Addressing BOH menu and FOH design, this video was featured on Flavor & The Menu, GCIA, ICCA, and other national culinary conferences in order to help the industry adapt to unprecedented times.


Rock & Ripple Project

In collaboration with David Aragon, Art Director, and Sharon Gee, E-Commerce Industry Leader, a passion project was born from a love food sustainability and rock & roll culture: www.ripplerecipes.com

Through culinary repurposing leftovers from popular holiday “rock” meals, household food waste can be reduced - one “ripple” dish at a time.

 

 

Thermomix USA Brand Ambassador

In collaboration with Thermomix, I designed recipes and was interviewed as a brand ambassador for Thermomix’s branded cookbooks and social media.
